A self portrait of the Egyptian filmmaker, who has been obsessed with films since his early childhood. But he studied medicine because of his family's wishes and social pressure. He keeps struggling to return to filmmaking and follow the mermaid of his life: CINEMA.

Ayman (The Filmmaker)

Lots of questions he asked his parents and teachers, disturbed them. How come Adam has a navel if he didn't come to the world through a womb?!!

Success is very relative. To my family, I am a hero. But between me and myself I know I'm nothing, even as a physician.

Dr. Ayman #3

Yasmine was telling me that our anniversary is next Wednesday. I said: Yeah, it has been three years. She said: Three years?!!! They are only two.

The society is fucking us. Our mothers are fucking us. Our fathers are fucking us. It's hard to take any decision.
